Tourism creates a lot of pollution and at YourTravelSecretary one of our main focus is to make tourism a ‘Planet friendly’ business that contributes to the protection and conservation the environment. We can all agree that current modes of transport in long haul travel businesses creates a lot of negative carbon footprint on the Planet. At YourTravelSecretary we’re convinced that a quick and effective way of countering the core problem of CO2 emissions caused by long haul flights is by planting more trees.

OUR SMALL STEP TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE TOURISM

Under our sustainable tourism “One Traveller, One Tree” initiative, we will plant a tree every time you book a long haul flight with us. The story doesn’t end here, every tree will be taken special care that we plant on your behalf by dedicated environmental personnel with local NGOs, as we focus on planting more and more. You’ll also be provided with a certificate to confirm how your flight booking with YourTravelSecretary have helped us plant a tree and contribute to curbing air pollution.

This is our first afforestation program planned at various locations across Haryana and NCR. We have taken a oath to develop and increase forest cover on acres of land over the next five years. While you are reading this we have already began to help restore the eco system balance in the state and we aim at a global impact over the years.
