1. Scope of Bespoke Advisory
YourTravelSecretary acts as an elite travel consultancy and bespoke concierge atelier. We design tailor-made journeys, secure exclusive accommodation, arrange private aviation and yacht charters, and curate on-the-ground experiences on behalf of our esteemed clients.
2. Atelier Retainers & Bookings
Detailed bespoke itinerary curation may require an advisory planning retainer or advance deposit upon approval of the journey blueprint. All booking timelines, non-refundable elements, and cancellation schedules are clearly outlined in writing prior to payment execution.
3. Independent Suppliers & Execution
While we curate each experience to the highest global standards, flights, resort operations, and vehicle transfers are provided by vetted independent carriers and licensed hoteliers. Each service provider operates under its respective contract of carriage and property guidelines.
4. Visas, Passports & Health Protocols
Your travel secretary assists with travel advice, visa documentation advisory, and entry requirement briefings. The final responsibility for maintaining valid passports (with at least six months remaining validity) and obtaining required entry authorizations rests with the traveler.
5. Sustainability Covenant
Under our "One Traveller, One Tree" promise, YourTravelSecretary sponsors native reforestation for every confirmed itinerary at zero additional cost to the client. Certificates are issued upon journey execution.
